Pack 38 partners with Evergreen Industries to provide high-quality holiday wreaths at reasonable prices. We earn 19-49 percent of the listed prices, depending on the item, which goes into our budget to pay for camping expenses, admission fees for field trips, den meeting supplies, and training materials for our volunteer leaders.
We distributed glossy Holiday Wreath flyers and Sales Summary Sheets at our 9/28 pack meeting. Here is a digital copy of the price list and the individuals order sheet.
Ask your family, friends and neighbors if they would like to support your Cub Scouting activities by purchasing a wreath.
Show them the flyer with the wreaths styles, sizes and prices.
Record their order information on the individuals order sheet.
When you have completed all the fundraising you want to do, summarize your orders on this sales summary sheet. Submit it to Dan Fehler by Tuesday, Oct. 23. You may upload a digital copy of your form to this Google Drive.
Keep your copy of the individuals order sheet so that you know to whom you will deliver wreaths.
Wreaths will be ready for pickup on TBA
Collect payment when you deliver the wreaths. Checks can be made out to "Pack 38." Cash is acceptable. Pack 38 does not have an electronic method of taking payments.
Submit your collected payments to Dan Fehler by TBA.
Store your copy of the individuals order sheet for accounting and to give you a starting point for contacts next year.
