Directions from Bethel Lutheran Church to 30600 32nd Ave Way, Cannon Falls, MN 55009, (Powell Shelter)
Families may arrive as early as 5pm Friday.
Stay for both nights, just Saturday night, or just for Saturday daytime activities. The schedule is below.
Load out no later than 10am Sunday.
Camp is where scouts can complete their outdoor requirements and stretch their skills. More importantly, it's about having a fun time with others in nature. We include den activities, but if your family has other ideas in mind, let us know.
Download and print camp forms.
Bring completed paper copies of this health form and the release waiver to camp.
We're asking for a donation of $20/family to defray food costs.
We can take cash or check (made out to Pack 38). Or, buying groceries will count toward this also.
What to pack:
Here's a camping checklist for reference. Note that seasonal temperatures for the first weekend of November is 30-50 degrees with a chance of precipitation.
We have an indoor shelter for meals, if it gets too wet outside.
We encourage mess kits/meal tins for each camper. There will be a dishwashing station. We will have some disposable picnic-ware just in case.
We will have at least one handwashing station with bar soap, located near our camp kitchen.
